Where does it come from?
All our products are either traded in, bought as job lots or sourced from UK based vintage wholesalers.
I prefer to do trade ins, instead of donations, because I'm a business, not a charity.
I have donation pots beside my shop counter, if you like I can give you the monetry value of trade ins and it can go in the donation pot. Easy :]
We get loads brought in from cyclists all around the area - they just get it.

Do you manufacture these?
Absolutely not.
All items are as they arrive.
All used and pre worn by other cyclists.
We never know what's coming next. That makes it so muchmore interesting.
If it doesn't fit, can I return it?
Absolutely.
I have an easy returns process. If it's wrong, just return it. I hear horror stories people experience with fees and other nonsense. You'll never get that here. Only good old fashioned customer service, you guys are everything.
What is the condition like?
All the kit is quality checked before being listed.
All in perfectly usable condtion.
I'm picky, but due to the volume and needing to pack quickly, the odd mark may be missed.
If you're ever disappointed, just let me know & I'll get you sorted.
Is it clean and sanitised?
Absolutely.
Rest assured, I am very picky on cleanliness.
All garments are pre-washed twice before going on sale.
Particularly when I sell Bibs, Shorts and leggings .
Hygiene is paramount and no corners are cut.
Every single item is checked for wear n tear, marks and any other quality issues.
Because eew.
No grotty shorts on my watch :]
Is it genuine?
Absolutely.
All items are as they've arrived. I have over 100 brands of kit coming in .
Everything from Castelli to the more modern brands on Amazon & eBay.
I've gone through and researched the lot. Took me about 17 centuries but I got there :]
If you have reservations about a particular jersey
just let me know I'll replace it immediately with another no charge.
I never manufacture anything, all is pre worn kit being saved from going to waste.

Hi, I’m Steve Brady, founder of RecycledKit.com – a unique vintage cycling clothing store offering affordable, high-quality road cycling kit without the hefty price tag.
With nearly 30 years of retail experience, including five years in the UK charity shop sector, I’ve seen first-hand how much quality sportswear ends up wasted. I knew there had to be a better way.
What started as a few cycling jerseys in my retro shop soon grew into something special. The reaction was great cyclists of all ages loved discovering rare jerseys, bib shorts, jackets, gilets, and leggings from leading brands like Rapha, Castelli, dhb, Giant, and Pearl Izumi.
Many were vintage gems from the 90s and 2000s, all at prices that made cycling more accessible during the cost-of-living crisis.
Since launching in 2023, RecycledKit has given new life to over 7000 unique pieces of cycling kit – helping riders of all shapes and sizes look great, ride with confidence, and shop sustainably.
